Free Local Meet Ups

Building your village doesn't have to cost money or commit you to weekly class slots. I am keen to have a space for everyone to get involved, if classes aren't your thing, or you're not sure what you want to do yet. Then coming aong to one of our free meet ups may be the perfect start! These will range from local walks in Frodsham and Helsby, coffee shops stops, gathering together to share our stories of this new journey and support each other! Whether you are pregnant with your first or you have a new little one with siblings everyone is welcome.
